The actual shipping charge is dependent on the total weight of your purchase and your location. We usually ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address for your package. If you provide us with a bad address and you do not receive your package we cannot be held liable for the loss. If a package is returned to us because of a bad address provided by you, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and correct the error. If you choose to have the package sent again you will be billed the appropriate shipping charge. Your shipping charges will not be refunded.

If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days and we will give you details on how to proceed with the order. We will replace the damaged item with no additional shipping charge.

Inspect all cartons and note any damage or possible concealed damage on the freight bill prior to signing for receipt of or receiving the products. This will allow you the chance to refuse the item(s) if damaged or defective. Should you not have time to inspect; please sign the receipt as 'un inspected' instead of your signature. By applying your signature, you are signing a document stating that you have inspected the item(s) and it (they) are in good condition.
